the light switch was annoying (it wouldn't turn off). the fridge was clean and worked well, the tv had clear channels, and the shower had strong water pressure!

TV with multiple channels, enough furniture for barricading, police surveillance of premises
The room cleanliness needs a serious overhaul!!! Smells of urine and old stains everywhere give off a very unhygienic vibe!!! Consider addressing the apparent safety issues in the area as well!!!

We enjoyed our stay, especially being close to the Spectrum Center. My kids loved the exciting atmosphere after a game, and it kept them energized throughout our visit! Rooms were cozy enough for our large family and well-maintained during our time there.
My wife says that the cleanliness could be improved.

The cleanliness was severely lacking, with noticeable stains on surfaces and dated furnishings. I was particularly uncomfortable with the neighborhood's atmosphere, which included disturbances from unsavory individuals outside the room. Eating in my vehicle was the safest option I found, given the overall surroundings and room conditions. Nothing in the area offered a sense of comfort or cleanliness, making the stay feel extremely unwelcome.

Basic amenities and budget-friendly stay
As two young travelers, we needed a low-cost option. The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff were welcoming. For a budget stay, it served its purpose despite the outdated room. I suggest bringing your own bedding for added comfort. Keep expectations realistic!

The convenient location allowed me easy access to downtown and nearby stores, which was perfect for business. The free Wi-Fi helped me stay productive, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch before heading to meetings.
The cleanliness in the room could use improvement, as I found some stains on surfaces.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed catching a game at the Spectrum Center, and the location was perfect for visiting the Bank of America Stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, making everything smooth and easy.
However, one downside was noticing some cleanliness issues. I found a couple of roaches in our room, which was pretty off-putting.
